Cookie Policy
Cookies and browser storage used by APOLLOTECH to maintain sessions, protect forms and remember your language.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of data stored by a browser for a website and sent back with relevant requests. They can identify a session, maintain sign-in and remember choices. Cookies are not executable programs and do not automatically let us read all information on your device.
2. Current use
APOLLOTECH uses cookies for active sessions, request protection and Vietnamese/English preferences. Current configured names and lifetimes appear below. The /vi or /en URL determines the page language; a cookie does not override the language of a URL you explicitly open.
Advertising cookies, third-party analytics, cross-site tracking and device fingerprinting are not currently enabled. Signing in or continuing to browse is not treated as agreement to marketing.
3. Session and security cookies
The session cookie connects your browser to a server-side session for sign-in, form messages and ongoing actions. XSRF-TOKEN, when issued by the framework, supports form request protection. Forms also contain an anti-forgery token; it is not an advertising cookie. Session and language cookies use access restrictions according to the security configuration; HTTPS and Secure must be enabled for public operation. Do not share cookie values or session identifiers.
4. Browser session storage
Separate from cookies, sessionStorage may temporarily hold a form draft when you deliberately switch language. It is limited to relevant fields such as name, contact details and enquiry text; passwords are excluded. Drafts are checked against a 10-minute age limit and removed when restored or submitted. SessionStorage belongs to a tab and normally ends when the tab closes.
The logo animation now runs automatically and needs no cookie or saved activation preference. Your browser may retain data from older website versions until you clear site data.
5. Managing and deleting data
Use your browser privacy settings to inspect, block or remove cookies and site data, following Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari guidance. Removing the session cookie can sign you out; blocking necessary cookies may disrupt sign-in, forms or verification. Clearing sessionStorage can remove an unsent draft.
Use the language selector to change between Vietnamese and English. Your profile marketing preference is a separate control and is not replaced by deleting cookies. There is currently no advertising-cookie acceptance button because these cookies are not enabled.
6. External services and future changes
Advertising and third-party analytics tools are not embedded by default. When you follow an external link, the destination may use cookies under its own policy. Before introducing non-essential tools, the business needs to disclose providers, purposes, lifetimes and suitable choice controls. Updating this policy does not automatically activate trackers.
7. Version and contact
Content version: 19 October 2026. Review this policy when session settings or integrations change. For cookie or personal information questions, contact APOLLOTECH using the details below and read the Privacy Policy. This preview requires business review before formal adoption.
