1. Availability confirmation
The website presents solutions and accepts enquiries. Submitting a form does not create a contract or guarantee availability. Supply, service area, schedule and delivery method are confirmed for each transaction.
2. Customer prerequisites
Customers must hold the necessary rights to relevant content, domains, software and systems, provide accurate information and nominate an authorised contact. Technical credentials are shared only through an agreed private method. Payment and acceptance requirements follow the agreement.
3. Technical and third-party limits
Capacity, users, devices, licence term, support scope and performance depend on the chosen package. Domains, email, hosting and third-party software also follow the relevant supplier terms. Compatibility with every device or system is not assumed.
4. Requests that may be refused
APOLLOTECH may refuse requests involving infringement, malware, unauthorised access, impersonation or prohibited activities. Where possible, reasons and implications for an existing transaction are communicated through an appropriate channel.
5. Changes and handover
Out-of-scope work, infrastructure dependencies, missing inputs or deployment conditions may affect timelines. Changes, backup responsibilities, acceptance and handover requirements must be clarified before implementation. Unlimited service or continuous 24/7 support is not implied.
