Service Termination and Refund Policy
How to request termination, reconcile completed work and assess refunds for a specific transaction.
1. Requesting termination
Submit a request through official email or support channels with the transaction reference, service, requested date and reason. The requester must be the contracting party or an authorised representative. Cancelling renewal does not automatically end a currently active service.
2. Reconciliation and confirmation
The parties establish the end date, completed work, outstanding obligations and data or assets to hand over. Payments are reconciled against the delivered scope, contractual terms and supporting records. No single refund percentage applies to all services.
3. Refund assessment
Refund eligibility and amount, if applicable, depend on customer rights, the agreement and the work performed. Incurred costs or third-party payments must be explained; payments are not automatically treated as entirely non-refundable. Activated licences, registered domains and manufactured printed goods require assessment of the specific transaction and supplier conditions.
4. Method and timing
Once reconciliation is confirmed, APOLLOTECH discusses the amount, payment method, recipient details and expected processing time. Banking passwords or OTPs are not required to receive a refund. Bank or payment-provider processing times may need separate reconciliation.
5. Data, handover and disputes
Before service ends, agree on data export, administrative handover, access removal and appropriate retention periods. Customers should maintain backups as agreed. Unresolved issues follow the complaints procedure; termination does not cancel obligations that remain in effect.
