Pricing Policy
How APOLLOTECH determines prices, taxes, additional costs and quotation validity.
1. Published and quoted prices
Products and services may display a public price or Request a quote. An absent price does not mean a free service. Quotations depend on scope, quantity, term, technical requirements and delivery conditions.
2. Quotation contents
A quotation should specify the product or work items, units, deliverables, exclusions and conditions. A website price covers only the described scope. Additional requirements need separate confirmation.
3. Taxes and related charges
Tax inclusion or exclusion is stated in the quotation or contract. If tax treatment is unconfirmed on the website, clarify it before ordering. Licence, renewal, domain, infrastructure and third-party charges are identified separately where applicable.
4. Validity and scope changes
Each proposal states its validity period. Changes to quantity, features, schedule or supplier costs may require an updated quotation. Out-of-scope work proceeds only after customer confirmation.
5. Confirmation before purchase
Customers may request a price explanation and total costs before acceptance. Display discrepancies are clarified and reconfirmed before fulfilment; unapproved charges are not automatically collected.
