This policy covers the APOLLOTECH website operated by Apollo Vietnam Tech Dev JSC and its account, enquiry, quotation and support functions. Current business contact details appear at the end of this page. Any service-specific processing arrangements are discussed in the relevant service agreement.

We receive the name, email, phone number, company, job title, region and messages you choose to provide. Phone, company, job title and region are optional during registration. An enquiry requires at least one valid contact channel. Account records include a hashed password, verification status, language, marketing preference, login time and requests created while signed in. Session storage may include an IP address and browser information to maintain and protect the session; this is not an advertising profile. Server logs managed by the hosting provider may contain related technical information. Do not submit email or computer passwords, license keys, identity documents, payment card details or confidential documents through public forms.

Information is used to answer enquiries, clarify requirements, prepare quotations, handle support, administer accounts and fulfil confirmed agreements. Limited technical information supports authentication, spam prevention, access control and incident handling. Submitted messages remain in their original language and are not automatically sent to a machine translation service.

You can enquire without registering. Acknowledging the data notice and choosing to receive marketing are separate options. Marketing is optional and unchecked by default; signing in does not imply marketing consent. You can withdraw the preference in your profile. The website does not currently run automated marketing email campaigns. Acknowledging this policy is not blanket permission to process information for every other purpose.

Administrators and sales staff have access according to their duties; content editors cannot read customer records. Customers can view their own account requests and public replies, not internal notes. Guest enquiries are not automatically linked to an account because an email or phone number matches. Hosting, storage and email providers may process information needed to operate the service under the actual configuration and agreements. Internal SMTP alerts minimise information and do not include entire enquiries by default. We do not automatically sell data, enable advertising tracking or integrate an external CRM. Valid requests from competent authorities are considered under applicable requirements. The business must confirm its providers and storage locations before live operation.

Information is stored in the application database and storage, not in public JavaScript. The proposed technical retention settings currently configured appear below; they may change after the business confirms operational needs and retention obligations. Active accounts and unresolved requests are not deleted merely because a log retention interval has elapsed. Cleanup jobs must be operated on schedule. Backups follow a separate cycle managed by the operator; immediate removal from every copy is not promised. Records needed for obligations, disputes or system safety are considered separately with restricted access.

In your account you can edit your profile, change your password, verify a new email address, revoke other sessions, withdraw marketing preferences and export your own data. Sensitive actions require authentication again. You can request account closure, deletion or anonymisation; staff review requests and communicate the handling approach. Guests and people who cannot sign in can use the email or phone details below to request review, correction or raise a concern. We may need to verify ownership before disclosing or changing information; never send your password. Handling time and limits depend on the request and applicable requirements; an unconfirmed deadline is not promised.

The application uses password hashing, server-side access checks, form validation, request forgery protection, rate limits and upload controls. Public operation requires HTTPS, suitable hosting configuration, backups and updates. No system guarantees absolute security. Keep passwords private, sign out on shared devices and report suspected unauthorised account use.

The website uses necessary session/security cookies and a language preference cookie. See the Cookie Policy linked below for names, purposes and controls. Analytics and third-party advertising tools are not loaded automatically. External websites, telephone, email or Zalo links lead to services with their own policies; APOLLOTECH does not control all of their activities.
